Most people have a passion for something that they want to potentially land a career in. For me, that passion is sports. Ever since I was little, I have been a diehard New York Yankees fan. My dream is to work in their public relations department one day, but that can only happen if I have had sports internship experience.
Sometimes it easier to intern in a sport that is not as competitive. The most competitive sports are football, baseball and basketball. If you can look for a soccer, or lacrosse internship first, you have a higher chance at receiving one of those internships.
